Pony Razor Monthly Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor
Pony Education, Pony Studios, Oakland, California ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.
3. Entry period and draws
The giveaway begins October 14, 2026 and runs monthly until Sponsor ends it with notice on this page. A drawing is held on or about the 1st day of each calendar month ("Draw Date"). Each drawing includes all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of the preceding month.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form at this website. Limit one entry per person and per email address for the life of the giveaway. Each valid entry is eligible for every monthly drawing held within 12 months of the entry date, unless the entrant has already won. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries are void. Opting in to marketing emails or texts is not required to enter.
5. Prize
One (1) winner per monthly drawing receives one (1) Pony Razor, 3rd edition, in the winner's choice of available handle (Pony Pink or dark wenge). Approximate retail value: $150. Blades not included. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner selection and notification
Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message and must respond within seven (7) days and provide a US shipping address, or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Winner content commitment
As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner agrees, within 30 days of receiving the razor, to: (a) post an unboxing Story or Reel tagging @ponyeducation; (b) perform a razor cut on a client or model using the prize razor and capture video or before/after photos; (c) publish that cut as an Instagram Collab post with @ponyeducation; and (d) send Sponsor a 30–60 second video describing their experience. The winner must have the consent of any client or model who appears. Winners who complete all four will be featured on @ponyeducation and receive one complimentary month of Pony Live.
8. Publicity and content license
Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, edit and use the winner's name, Instagram handle, likeness and the content described in Section 7 in Sponsor's organic and paid marketing for two (2) years, without further compensation.
9. Privacy
Information collected is used to administer the giveaway. If you opt in, we'll also send marketing emails and/or texts, which you can unsubscribe from anytime. We don't sell your information.
10. General
Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry or violates these rules. Entrants release Sponsor from liability for any injury or loss arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize. The prize is a professional cutting tool; use with appropriate care.
11. Winners list
Winners are announced on @ponyeducation. For a winners list, email Sponsor via ponyeducation.com within 60 days of a Draw Date.
